Villa Antonios is a newly renovated (2019) traditional Cretan countryside villa with fantastic views of the Cretan Sea, Paximadia Islands, and surrounding mountains. Two floors offer large indoor and outdoor living spaces including a pool. During the renovation we strived to maintain the villa’s unique and traditional character, while offering you all the amenities you’ll need. Villa Antonios is ideal if you’re looking for holidays in luxury, comfort, privacy, and to live like Cretan royalty!

The villa recently finished an extensive renovation begun in the winter of 2019, so you will find it perfectly appointed with all the amenities you will need, while maintaining its traditional, Cretan architecture and beauty.

The large private villa consists of two floors of 120 square meters each, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, two fireplaces, natural stone floors throughout, a large, private swimming pool and magnificent outdoor living areas. It can easily accommodate six guests.

The villa is built on a 3000 square meter plot, and is privately situated off the main road. The entire property is walled and has a gated entrance that offers guests outstanding privacy.

An abundance of olive trees, prickly pear cactus, and local herb bushes can be found on the property surrounding the villa, and there is also an organic garden from which you are welcome to gather fresh vegetables.

On the ground floor there is a large living room, half bathroom with laundry machine, a fireplace, flat screen TV with satellite, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious terrace overlooking the garden and view of the mountains, sea, and neighboring islands.

The private swimming pool is on the east side of the villa and has plenty of surrounding space for sun bathing, in addition to a barbecue, and wood burning brick oven. The massive outdoor living space also features an outdoor shower, and the perfect shaded area to escape the sun and curl up with a good book.

The second-floor can accommodate six guests in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds each, a closet/wardrobe, and share a large bathroom with bathtub and shower. Each bedroom has its own south facing balcony to enjoy warm breezes, breathtaking sunsets, and unobstructed views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The third bedroom is a Master suite which features a king-sized bed, wraparound balcony, walk in closet, full length mirror, private bathroom with large walk in shower, and a fireplace.

All three bedrooms have individual air-conditioning units.
